Baked Ziti

1 lb Loose Italian sausage (sweet or hot)
15 oz Ricotta
16 oz Mozzarella
16 oz Pasta sauce (store-bought or your own)
3/4 lb Ziti or Penne Rigate noodles
2 tbls vegetable oil

Preheat oven 350 degree.
Put a large pot of water on to boil.
Preheat a large pan over medium heat add oil. When pan is warm add sausage.
Brown sausage in pan on medium/low heat till cooked fully.

Add noodles to boiling water. Boil for 10-12 min (follow directions from the pasta maker on box)

In a bowl mix Ricotta, 3/4 lb mozzarella, and sauce together.
When sausage is fully cooked add to cheese and sauce mixture, stir well.

When Pasta is finished drain and add back to pot. Add the Meat and cheese to the pot and stir well. Making sure all pasta is coated and meat will be in every bite.

Place the everything in a baking dish, I like to use my a dish that is 9x6x3d. Add remaining mozzarella and a sprinkle Parmesan on top and bake for 30 min.

Yummy is all I can say about this.

Love Love Love your website!! AND my Lilian! It’s not just an apron, it has an invisible splatter shield or something built in. I ONLY make a mess of my clothes in the kitchen if I don’t put on my Lilian apron! And I always get more compliments on my apron than the outfit underneath even after I’m done slaving in the kitchen! I can’t wait to see the aprons for little ones!
    Beautiful!
